"My wife and I came to this store because I needed a new helmet and she wanted to look at some things because she wanted to learn how to ride as well, the staff paid little to no mind to us and was more than happy to attend to some Harley customers that they were heavily engaged with, even as we both audibly tried to get their attention to simply ask a question about a Bluetooth helmet.... 13 mins of walking around we finally get a gentleman to somewhat assist us and he fails to explain the aspects of the helmet I wound up purchasing, I live over 4 hrs from this store and have to return the helmet because I wasn’t told it didn’t have a sun visor like my old one, I am very displeased with this store and out of all the cycle gears I have bought from, this one I would not want to go back to unless to make this return and get a helmet I can actually use........"
